Arlindo was a coach and educator who was always concerned with forming great citizens.

With his skill, joy and incomparable smile, he also contributed a lot to Minas Gerais tennis, dedicating practically his entire life to this modality. Through his hands have passed countless children who have become outstanding players and coaches on the state, national and even international stage. Others also excel in several areas using on-court learning to apply in their personal and professional lives.

In recent times, it has contributed to the training of children at the Pampulha Iate Clube (PIC) The Arlindo Cup will take place for the 5th consecutive year, as a way of honoring one of the greatest tennis educators in MG. THE Fly Sports feels obliged to repeat and place this event on the annual calendar, out of respect for the great man and professional, transmitting to the participants the values and principles for life, on and off the court.
